Beautiful 1951 Nash Ambassador! Texas Car! The Nash Ambassador was produced from 1932 through 1957. When Nash merged with Hudson Motors in 1954, the Ambassador name was continued, though it was now known as the AMC Ambassador. The Ambassador was giving styling improvements in 1949 to attract new buyers in the post war era. They featured enclosed front wheels, luxurious amenities, and aerodynamic styling. Touted for their controversial styling, the 1949-51 bathtub Nashs have always been unique. We are very proud to offer this 1951 Ambassador Super. The car came from Texas recently and has always lived in that dry climate. The car is has no signs of rust either on top, in the trunk or underneath. Show 60.000 miles and we believe that to be original. Incredibly solid. It has been repainted at some time and there are a few small chips, scratches etc. Interior is very nice. Everything appears to work well on the car and it a great driver. It is equipped with a 252ci motor with Automatic transmission. Truly a blast to drive and almost guaranteed to be the only one at a car show!!
