1955 Ford F-100 Street Rod. This truck has been tastefully modified and well taken care of which is evident though the craftsmanship of the build. It is powered by a 351 CID V8 with a four barrel carburetor, aluminum intake and ceramic coated headers breathing though dual exhaust exiting on either side. The engine spins a 4-speed top loader manual transmission with a Hurst shifter that is linked to a quick change Ford 9 inch rear-end with polished housing. The only clue to the setup is the 18.5 inch Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires wrapping Weld Pro Star rims tucked in the fenders. The body is painted in a Slate blue with custom touches like the louvered hood and tailgate, hand painted pin striping, custom tail lights and frenched antenna. The bed has been finished with a polished hardwood floor and extended wheel tubs. Under the forward tilting hood is a detailed engine compartment with chrome accents such as the A/C compressor, air cleaner, valve covers, breathers and braided stainless steel hoses. The details continue with aluminum components like the pulleys, overflow tank, bolt caps and fan motor cover. The interior is finished with blue cloth with blue leather trim. Behind the wood Grant steering wheel the dash holds a set of AutoMeter gauges including volts, fuel, RPM, oil pressure, vacuum, water temp and speedometer. Hidden behind the glove box door is a JVC radio/CD player. This is a beautiful truck that would make a great addition to any garage.
