1955 Ford Thunderbird Unknown

This fabulous 55 T-bird was sold new in Oakland, CA and has been in the same family since 1973, living in California and then Nevada before coming to the Seattle area. It was restored over the course of several years, finished in 1991, and won several local level awards in and around the Bay area in the years following. In the restoration, it kept very original. It was redone in its factory Goldenrod Yellow with black and yellow two-tone interior, and it is highly equipped with two tops, wire wheels, power seat, power windows, engine dress-up kit, and Air Conditioning. An aftermarket cassette player n the stock space, 12v electrical conversion, and the 3-speed transmission upgrade were done at that time as well. We just undertook an engine bay recommissioning and a detailing plus fresh fluids and tune-up; it shows and drives excellent. Copy of the original invoice, $18k in old receipts, an owners manual, a letter to the previous owner from his father about the car, extra keys, lots of info. all included.
