1966 Dodge Dart Unknown

FOR SALE: 1966 Beige Dodge Dart 270, 2 door, 225 slant six, automatic transmission. You don?t have to worry about the a/c, power steering, power brakes, or radio working; this car has never had them. The car has 50,000 miles, yes I said 50,000, and is pretty nice! It has all the trim in good shape, two snow tires on wheels, headliner is great, interior looks very presentable in a light brown color, there are small stains on driver seat, and the rear seat doesn't look like it has ever been sat in! The rear bumper needs to be rechromed as it has a spot where the chrome is coming off. The rear quarters have had some work years ago. The right front fender and hood were repainted in the late 60's early 70's after a slight accident with a tree, so the paint is off a shade. Tires are good and the car is tight. Gas gauge doesn't work, the fuel tank seeps when full by the seam, and it's dry when tank is under ½ full. The car needs a tailpipe only for exhaust; the one on it has some holes. The car could use an accelerator pump, as it will stumble when you leave a stop sign unless you feather the throttle. The brakes are good and engine is smooth and quiet. I have had it up to 90 mph; it's good all the way! Windshield washer tank is broke (old age)!, , A lady purchased the car new, she traded it in 9 years later; I bought it from a guy who bought it in 1975. He kept it garaged and drove it some over the last 34 years. I have put 1,000 miles on it over last summer. It needs very little to look like new or would make an awesome lightweight racecar that doesn't need the body rebuilt first! $5,500 and I will throw in the A/M Radio and F/M converter under the dash!
