Frame-off restored 1967 Corvette Air Conditioned Coupe equipped with lots of goodies. before the restoration it was a very nice, original and straight car with only 69k actual miles. Never rusted and a perfect candidate for the restoration. The car was has lots of desirable optional equipment such as a matching #s 327-350 hp L-79 Engine, a close ratio 4 speed manual transmission by Muncie, power steering, power windows, side mounted exhaust pipes, an upgraded Corvette radio and factory tinted glass. The restoration was completed by a local Corvette enthusiast known for owning high caliber collector cars. When looking this car over closely, a trained Corvette enthusiast will recognize that the restorer paid very close attention to some of the fine details including the correct equipment such as period correct hoses and clamps and certain stencils that were on the car when new from the factory were re-applied during the restoration. This is common practice when restoring a car with the intention of showing the car at regionally or nationally sanctioned shows where the cars are judged on a point basis to achieve the highest award. The entire car is in very nice condition as it was driven sparingly and routinely washed and waxed (including the underside of the car). The entire car was restored including complete disassembly and reassembly of all running gear, suspension, brake, electrical, full body and interior. A true Frame-Off restoration as this also includes rebuilding the engine, trans and replacing any usual wear items such as seals, clutch, joints, bushings, etc. The car is a finished car that is turn key and ready to drive daily or show. Only superficial wear from driving.
