A painstaking, 15-month build, this GT500E re-creation is one of the most incredible versions of the iconic Eleanor movie car that you will ever see. The builders procured the original drawings, blueprints and specs from the company that built the actual movie cars, to turn this 68 C Code fastback into the dazzling show car seen here. But it is not just a drop-dead pretty face. Under the hood is a blueprinted SVO 460 backed by a Tremec 6-spd gearbox with a custom aluminum driveshaft and Dutchman 9in diff. And, just like in the movie, this GT500E has a fully functional 100-shot NOS injection. The suspension is built to keep pace with a Heidts control arm, coil-over front suspension, huge sway bars, Wilwood brakes, 17in billet wheels, etc. The interior boasts a mix of leather, snake skin, and ostrich upholstery, sport seats, race harnesses, Go-Baby-Go Hurst shifter, AutoMeter gauges, 4-pt roll bar, and custom audio system. The car has been shown at a MCA Grand National level, and it absolutely stops traffic.
