Only 5400 were convertibles. , This GP convertible comes with its original owners manual, convertible top manual, original protection & warranty card, original window sticker and the original Statement of Sale documenting the sale of this car on Sept 1st, 1967 by Jim Gilmore Cadillac Pontiac of Kalamazoo Michigan to Mr John Jarvin for a grand total of $4485.44. A letter of Thanks from the dealership to the new owner was sent on Sept 11th, 1967 and is also part of the documentation. The car has spend its life in Kalamazoo and still has a Kalamazoo sticker on the bumper today. , This car is absolutely beautiful everywhere you look. Brand new repaint looks incredible on a pin straight body. All seams and jams line up straight. Chrome shines like it came from the factory. Original PMD spinner hubcaps are still on the car. Tires are brand new 15" radials. Power top, rear window (glass, not plastic) and boot are all brand new. Top works flawlessly and is quiet as a mouse., The Interior is completely original and as good as it gets. The pictures will confirm this. Leather seats are nearly perfect and have the original GM seat belts. Windows roll easily and the dash is clean with no cracks anywhere. Original PMD steering wheel is still on the car. AM radio, front/rear speaker switch and power antenna all work as they should. All gauges, speedometer, odometer, directionals, interior lights and the hide-a-way headlights all work perfectly. Window and trunk rubber is new as well. Everything on this car has either been replaced or is in excellent original condition. No exceptions! , Her original matching numbers 400ci 4bbl engine has been rebuilt & beautifully detailed. The engine bay and trunk are immaculate. The car starts right up, drives straight & stops as it should. The transmission has recently been rebuilt. There is nothing to do but GO, in Pontiac Style!
