1970 Dodge Charger GLX Loaded

This car has had a very intensive restoration, and it is truly stunning. Obvioulsy, great care and thousand of hours (and many more thousands of dollars) were spent. The resto was completed about 5 years ago. There are dozens of photos and a large stack of receipts documenting the work. We've included images of 14 of those photos near the end of our photo gallery. Everything works - the gauges were sent out and recalibrated, and all work. The lights and turn signals work (including the hood indicators), the headlight covers work properly, the A-C blows cold and the power steering works. The 318 ci V8 really runs great. This is the original, numbers-matching motor. Just get in this car, turn the key and go. It starts fast, and runs smooth and strong. The car also shifts and stops as it should. This car is easy to drive, and a real pleasure. Please note that some engine components have been changed. We DO HAVE the orginal intake, carb, valve covers, steering wheel and manifolds. The interior is in good condition, and is mostly original. No rips or tears in the seats, and the door panels and headliners are in good shape. The exterior is simply awe-inspiring to look at. The bright B5 Blue metallic paint (Sherwin Williams) looks awesome. This was the original color of the car (technically EB5, the brighter version of B5 that was used in 1970 - subsequent years were a little darker). There are no dents or dings on the car, the wheels are excellent, and the vinyl roof is in excellent shape. While we don't hesitate to call this car excellent, it is not quite a ONE on the six point rating scale. Just a little TLC could get it there, though... It appears the rear quarters were not properly sealed, and some rust has developed at the bottom of them. There is a crack in the paint on the top of the left rear quarter, and a small bubble right near the rear lip on the left side. These minor flaws are pictured in our gallery, just after the restoration pictures.
