1970 Plymouth Satellite Unknown

This 1970 Plymouth Satellite two door hardtop has recently been completely refurbished to have the look of a period Road Runner. It comes complete with all the proper graphics and accessories to give it a true Road Runner look but the performance enhancements have gone much further than just the "look". Powered by a period correct, recent complete street performance rebuild of a 440ci Chrysler V8 that has been updated with an Edelbrock polished aluminum intake manifold that has two four barrel Edelbrock carburetors installed and includes a high performance Edelbrock air cleaning system. The engine was additionally improved with roller rockers and an Excel ignition system. A new dual exhaust system has been installed that is connected to the stock intake manifolds. It has a Chrysler sourced automatic transmission and is controlled with a floor mounted Hurst shifter. Further equipment includes power steering, power disc brakes up front, proper Road Runner hood and rear deck spoiler, and a Black vinyl top. The sound system installed in this Plymouth is unique. The radio is a Dual brand AM/FM stereo with CD that is mated to a high powered amplifier that feeds into two massive trunk mounted Illuminate custom enclosed 12" speakers that produce an amazing sound. The tires are as new BF Goodrich Radial T/A that are mounted on chromed period correct Cragar wheels. This Plymouth has truly a stunning appearance both due to its recent refinishing and the conversion to the look of a Road Runner. Probably would be best described as a "muscle car". Under the hood has been detailed and chrome accessories have been added giving it that "WOW" look upon opening the hood. The interior is beautiful with its full two tone vinyl interior, fresh carpeting and perfect door panels. The exterior was professionally finished with Fire Blue Metallic paint, perfect Black vinyl top, Black inserts in the trunk and grill area and all the proper Road Runner graphics.
