1972 Dodge Challenger LS 4DR Sedan

For Sale is a 1972 Dodge Challenger R/T clone, tribute car. This car has been repainted in B5 blue with black R/T stripes, with black interior. The Vin # shows the car was originally equipped with a 318. , , The tribute that was done to the car included installing a 440, 4 barrel with the shaker hood, a 727 Torqueflight trans and a 8 3/4 rear end with a 3.73 gear. Added to the car was aftermarket a/c and power windows. The suspension was redone with new ball joints, bushings subframe connectors welded in and Edelbrock shocks.The bodywork is beautiful, the only flaw found was a chip where the chrome around the rear window was installed, about 3/16 inch around on the edge. The paint shines perfectly, with even color throughout. Door jambs, inside of the trunk, and engine compartment were all repainted. The engine was professionally rebuilt using the best quality parts, MSD ignition, holley carb, hooker headers with a complete exhaust that is new. The cam in the engine is very stock like for a R/T car, with drivability in mind when choosing the cam. The idle is slightly lumpy, with an even tone from the Magnaflow mufflers. The tires are BFGoodrich Radial T/A with P245/60R15 in the rear with P225/60R15 in front on Keystone classics. The wheels and tires are like new with mirror finish on the wheels and like new tread on the tires. The front disc brakes are new, and the rear drum brakes were also redone when the car was restored. The interior was completely redone with new seat covers, seat belts, and carpet complete with dynamat for insulation and noise reduction. The custom gauge cluster replaced factory gauges with white face gauges in factory locations. The dashboard was replaced with a perfect dash removed from another car. The Vin that is on the dash that was put in is not the correct for the car. The Vin that is in the door and all other locations is the vin that is on the clean Illinois title., , The car is super straight, with every attention to detail when the car was restored, no expense was spared.
