Absolutely fantastic full and complete nut and bolt restoration resulting in a suburb high quality no expense spared show car. Driven just a few miles since restoration and is totally spotless including the undercarriage, engine compartment, interior, trunk and the exterior finish. Powered by an updated 2006 Chrysler 5.7 Hemi engine street modified with a competition roller cam, F.A.S.T. 90 mm throttle body, F.A.S.T. electronics, fuel injection, K&M air filter, Aeromotive fuel pump and filter, Aeromotive #13109 fuel pressure regulator and a complete ceramic coated Hooker exhaust system starting with the headers continuing out the rear. The transmission is a 727 automatic built by Turbo Action with a 2400 rpm stall converter and is connected to a 8-3/4 inch rear end housing containing a 3.55 to 1 gear ratio. This Barracuda is equipped with power steering, power brakes (disc up front, drum in the rear), updated air conditioning, Kenwood AM/FM stereo radio with cassette, fully functioning instrumentation with the gauges being rebuilt by Redline Gauges of California which includes an oil pressure gauge and the factory in-dash tachometer. With a total and complete restoration as this Barracuda has undergone you would expect the factory clock to work and this one does not let us down. There are outside rear view mirrors on both sides with the driver side remote controlled from the interior. The battery is installed in the trunk to provide better weight distribution. It has four fresh P 215/70R 15 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 radial tires mounted on factory original Rally wheels. Documentation included with this Barracuda is extensive. Photographs taken during restoration are furnished. Chassis, body and engine service manuals come with the automobile, in addition to Plymouth color and trim selector, a data book, detailers guide and spare parts. It is hard to accurately describe the full extent of the painstaking and detailed effort that was given to this restoration. Every component was either restored to new or replaced with factory OEM parts. The exterior finish is without any blemish of any kind again showing the complete lack of regard to expenses. The interior is refreshed to factory original specifications and currently shows absolutely no wear. The white vinyl top is as new and appears as it was just completed by the factory. Mopars of this degree of restoration are rare and not normally available for sale and if they are they can easily reach six figures.
