This is a North American Fiberglass (NAF) COBRA Replica. This particular car was prepared for Rick Titus who was Technical Editor of Motor Trend Magazine in 1986. He selected the engine and transmission for this car. In November of 1986 this car was featured in Motor Trend Magazine in a Super Sport Replicars article where the car was dubbed "The Brute". The car was then sold to baseball star Reggie Jackson (we have the paper work with his signature). He sold the car at the infamous Barret-Jackson Auction., , The car is finished with the Ford 302 small block V-8 that has been balanced and blueprinted, bored .30 over, and the C4 automatic transmission. This is one of a hand full of cars that is equipped with the Ford live rear axle. The braking system is a Tilton adjustable front and rear. The gauges are Stewart Warner.
