1987 Porsche 944 XR

WOW! Fairly rare 944 S 16V! Locally traded and PCA club member owned for many, many years. I personally have known this car for 15 years as it was once owned by our very own, in house Porsche specialist in the late 90s. Lovingly cared for over the years and it shows. The 944 S engine was the precursor to the awesome 968 engine and it is MUCH more powerful than a standard 944. Rated at 190HP, there is not much difference between an S and the much loved Turbo, rated at 217. There is more than enough punch to move this lightweight Porsche down the road. Unfortunately, the state of Iowa does not recognize odometer statements of cars over 10 years old (even if requested) so Carfax says Not Actual Mileage, but we have years of documentation that prove otherwise. This is a legitimate, survivor quality 944 S that is just in need of another loving home. Nicely updated with later model factory Porsche alloys and a custom front spoiler.
