All electrical and optional equipment on this vehicle have been checked and are in perfect working condition. The vehicle engine runs very, very smooth. This vehicle has a clean exterior. Clean interior. A non-smoker owned vehicle. The miles you see are the actual miles for this vehicle. This is a sad day for me but a lucky one for you. I made a promise that when my baby car needed any maintenance beyond gas and oil I would finally part with her. She needs tire to pass inspection and I am going to have to let her go. I am the third owner of the baby car; a stranger, my dad then me. I have three amazing children an incredible wife, a minivan and a 1990 Mazda Miata. Hence the problem, a sporty two-seater just does not work as a family car. , She has 246,000 miles and has been my daily driver for about five years. Her biggest problem is that she drinks about a quart of oil every 800 miles or so. She is much more polite about gas consumption. After 23 years with the original motor she still gets 31 MPG on back roads and 35 MPG on the open road. The transmission is a 5 speed manual that came out of a 97 model with low miles. I replaced the top about 4 years ago and it is still in great condition. The zip down rear window is still very clear and flexible. The paint is not original but upgraded to pearl white. There are some dings in the paint but noting major. She has never been in an accident that I am aware of.
