1994 Toyota Pickup, Xtracab, 4x4, V6, 5spd, AC, PS, Topper, $5500, , This Toyota truck looks a bit rough on the outside, but is in great mechanical shape. There are 263,500 miles on body, 160,000 miles on 2nd engine, and 10,000 miles on the new clutch, timing belt, power steering, and thermostat; with regular oil/filter changes. The 4WD works great, and can go anywhere in the snow, or get you to any trailhead., , The topper locks with keys and has a custom storage and bed support within for camping. I added tan leather bucket seats from a 4runner, doesn’t match the gray interior, but very comfy. This truck has 3-inch tube bumpers front and back, elk-proofing this vehicle for the Taos County winter roads. Many extras: fog lights, detachable-face CD player, extra speakers, wheel-lock w/ key, metric toolkit, ball hitch, jumper cables, and a snow shovel. , , Note: this truck does not leak any fluids – really. However, it does burn about one quart of oil per 1000 miles, so I do check the dipstick fluid about every other gas fill-up. This truck is cheap on insurance, gets 22 MPG, and I find cops don’t give tickets to old Toys.
