THIS CAR HAS NOT BEEN SALVAGED....CA DMV made a mistake on the title and the owner did not check it. I have ALL the paper work proving that CA DMV made a mistake and they should issue a new title WITHOUT the salvage note., The CARFAX shows two minor accidents, one accident had to replace the front bumper....thats it!, The owner filled out an Application for an Assigned Vehicle Number in error.
