1998 Ford Expedition ESi

1998 Expedition with custom projector headlights, tail lights, and custom grills.I replaced the rear suspension last year with a standard coil suspension due to the problems with the air suspension that alot of Expeditions have. The check engine light is on. It either needs a fuel pump, which will cost $150, or a fuel filter which will come new with the truck. It also needs a new windshield due to cracks. There is also a crack in the roof. The truck and steering wheel shake because of some front end problem. Not sure what. There is no third row. I'm asking $1500 or best offer.
