1999 Kia Sephia Unknown

1999 Kia Sephia with 130,000+ miles on it. Has some minor rust on the bottom. Starts every time and has newer battery. Great gas mileage! 5 speed. Interior not in bad shape but the dashboard has a buckle in the plastic and some of the seams have come loose on the seats. CD radio. Needs something fixed with the radiator wiring. Radiator itself works but the fan doesn't trigger when the engine gets hot. Once this is fixed will be an awesome car for a student. Only selling this because my daughter can't drive stick so I need to find an automatic. Otherwise she starts every day for me for work.
