1999 Lincoln Town Car 2.0T Local Trade-in

1999 Lincoln Town Car US Coachworks Limousine! 120 Stretch! 9-10 passenger! Power Options! Leather Seating! J-Seating! We bought this limo with the intentions of fixing it up and putting it back into service. Upon receiving vehicle it appears to be a little more than what we are willing to commit to doing or beyond our know how. Highly profitable limo still and the body style still warrants good hourly pay. Overall seems to be sound mechanically. Motor sounds strong. No Noises. Tires seems to be in good shape. Front tires seem to be almost new and the rear to show signs of a little wear. Michelins white wall X rated for the extra weight for limos. Rear Air Ride works as it should raises up to accomodate passengers and then settles to correct ride height when sitting. It doesnt sag or drop when turned off. Leather Interior could use a good cleaning. The black mock top appears to be in really good shape. Black Paint has seen better days and does show signs of a bad paint job. Possibly needing repainted completely, touched up maybe or possibly wet sanded and completely buffed. There is a scuff on passenger side exterior rear door area. Chrome body molding on stretch portion will need replaced. Chrome fender trim is ok but could used changed as well. One large window will need resealed it appears that glass was replaced at some point. 3 opera lights on the passenger side need replaced which are cheap. There appears to be lights thoughout the interior, mirror ceiling and marble bar with stem wear. Inside cabin divider panel motor appears to need replaced. Sunroof has been disconnected is not working for what appears to be safety reasons. I do see a color wheel for lighting and it did light up. The radio turned on as well. We are not experienced with all the electrical items or how they all work in this car. Again a good through cleaning is needed on the interior. Overall if you are willing to put some time and money into this vehicle I still believe that there is room to make your money back by putting it on the road as a working limo or selling it for $8500.00+ when done.
