2000 Chevrolet Prizm by Toyota. Read the whole ad PLEASE !! Not a Toyolet. These were made in a Toyota managed factory in California and are essentially Corollas, same body and drivetrain with different trim. This is a strange car we are selling aimed for the DIY buyer. After 46 years here this stumps me. Carfax says it was in an accident with structural damage when it was almost new and a GM corporate car? You would be a really low level exec to rate a base Prizm as a company car! Damage? The hood has been painted but not replaced or repaired as far as I can see. It and ALL other body parts have the original factory I.D, decals that are not replaceable. No visible damage anywhere and actually a pretty clean car. So whats that about? Another Carfax error which we see constantly? Next, Toyotas run forever. Well maybe not. This low mileage Toyota engine runs good but drinks or uses or leaks oil. Big time. Why? I dont have a clue. Easiest fix? Buy oil cheap in bulk. But we DONT want anyone who is not able or knows someone who is able to fix it to even think about buying it, no dreamers or wishful thinkers allowed. It might be $50 or $1500 to fix- and well worth fixing since there are no low mile Japanese-based auto and a-c cars available at low prices. But if you are not prepared to expect the worst dont call or come- period. Dont kid us or yourself that youll have a $3000 car for $1100. You might luck out but you might win the Powerball with equal odds and also a big gamble. AM I PERFECTLY CLEAR??? Chevrolet Prizm 2000 same as Toyota Corolla.
