2000 Porsche Boxster Base

The editor of Sports Car Market magazine, Keith Martin, once reported hearing two prominent Ferrari collectors discussing a rare model and one said to the other, "It's a beautiful car. Too bad its red"! The moral of the story? Following the crowd just makes you part of the crowd whereas distinction can mean added value. In this case, in a sea of black and silver Porsches, a Fly Yellow car not only stands out, it handsomely asserts its specialness. And in every possible regard this beautiful Boxster in indeed special, from the extraordinarily low mileage to the handsome and distinctive upgrades on the car. Please look at the photos carefully to get all bang, from the upgraded Xenon projection headlights to the gorgeous 19" Miro staggered wheels (wonderfully integrated into the body lines by the Eibach lowering springs and the Aero Sport shirts) to the color-matched factory style tail spoiler and aero bumpers. You will delight in the dramatic small touches like the color trimmed instrument bezels, floormats, and door inserts. The Valentine radar detector is cleverly integrated into the interior as well, a useful addition with the increased power from the AWE tuning chip. A factory bra is also included. As you would expect at this low mileage, the car is perfect mechanically, up to date on servicing (always with synthetic) and with fresh brakes upgraded to slotted and drilled plated rotors and ceramic pads. The drilled aluminum pedals and footrests are a clever addition as well. You need to know, however, that there is an accident showing on CarFax, but the damage was limited to the bumper and an original headlight.
