2001 Dodge Neon Unknown

2001 Dodge Neon 88thousand miles. This car was running but one day I had to move it because were I rent I was asked to move it because I have two more cars already and thats as much as I can have, but the car wouldnt start my husband is currently woking in another state. I really dont know about cars and just checked a couple a things my husband told me but I'm really really not sure anything about this so I need it out of the garage were is parked it won't turn on just cranks but wont run interested people only it needs to be towed unless you know about cars you can come and take a look at it. It has a good interior and exterior my husband put a carbon fiber hood and body kit and some other parts. If you want more pictures let me know I can take some more.
