All Ferrari’s are limited edition pieces with just 448 Ferrari Barchetta’s being produced. It is a very special car that is a salute to the 70th anniversary of Pininfarina, the 50th anniversary of the 2 companies’ first joint endeavor, and a celebration of the Scuderia Ferrari’s 2000 And 2001 World Championships for Formula 1 racing (with a commemorative plate inside). Pininfarina styled this vehicle to conjure memories of the legendary sports spiders of the 1960’s. Ferrari built it to have the same strength and rigidity of the Maranello. The result is the perfect open air Italian roadster with the most modern styling and technology available. , , The 550 is powered by a front engine 5474cc 65 degree V12 producing 485 horsepower and going 0-60mph in 4.2 seconds. The cylinder block, cylinder heads, and sump are all in light alloy with Nikasil-coated aluminum. The connection rods are titanium alloy for maximum reliability at high speeds. Ferrari used every technology available to maximize the performance of this vehicle, and all the specifications are way too much to list here. The Rosso Corsa factory paint is in perfect condition. The black leather seats with red stitching are in perfect condition. This Ferrari went through a full professional maintenance this year that included all the controls being professionally “de-stickied”, four new tires with less than 400 miles on them, updated fuse panel, and all fluids replaced. We hold the receipts and documentation on the work performed. This car does come with the “emergency” soft top.
