2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee SLT 25

You can also email by replying to this ad., , This is a really nice and clean 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 with 80,000 miles. The Jeep has averaged right around 13,000 miles per year. That's fairly low considering most average drivers put 15,000-18,000 miles per year on a vehicle., , I always try to buy 1-owner vehicles because they tend to be maintained by the book, they are not the type of vehicle that get abused or driven hard. Normally when someone spends over $40.000 on a brand new luxury SUV, they take very good care of it and this truck lives up to that example., , Within the last couple days I had the Jeep inspected by a ASE certified repair facility. He inspected it and told me its a very solid Jeep. He looked it over and took it for a test drive, it did not need brakes and the engine and transmission did not have any issues. He checked the oil level and condition of the transfer case & transmission and they were all full and clean. He replaced the engine oil & filter and replaced all sparkplugs, all other maintenance was up to date., , There are no mechanical issues with the Jeep so I am including a nation wide warranty, through a warranty company at no additional cost. ( $ 0 Deductible ), , Mechanically, I normally have my vehicles for a week or two before I put them up for sale. This allows me to drive them for a few days before I get them serviced and inspected, it gives me a good idea on how they run and drive. I put about 600 miles on this Jeep and it drives great. The engine does not make any abnormal noises, no ticking or knocking, it idles very smooth when in park and accelerates without any issues. At highway speeds (65-70 mph) the Jeep feels solid on the road and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears and the 4x4 works just like it should. The steering feels very good when making sharp turns in the parking lot and there are no unusual suspension noises when going over bumps on the road., , If you do a internet search on the 4.0L straight 6 engine in these Grand Cherokees you will find some great reviews, they are pretty much bullet proof and have a huge following. I have seen a lot of these with well over 200.000 miles still in excellent mechanical condition, this one has right around 80,000 so it still have a lot of life left. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this Jeep to Florida and back. The 4.0L is pretty rare in a Limited model, they normally have the V8 in the limited and the 4.0L in the base Laredo, this one has the best of both worlds. Luxury options of the Limited and the best engine choise of the two models (4.0L)., , Electrical, The AC and heat works great, navigation system works, CD changer works, power seats work, heated seats work, power sunroof works, power windows work, power door locks work and the power mirrors work. All electrical options work just like they should., , Exterior, The Jeep was very well cared for by the previous owner and it definitely shows. The over all paint condition is in great shape with no clear coat issues.
