Mini has outdone itself with this outstanding 2004 Mini Cooper. It just doesn't get any better or more fuel-efficient. It is nicely equipped with features such as AM/FM Stereo w/CD Player, Leatherette Upholstery, Power windows, and Remote keyless entry. J.D. Power and Associates gave the 2004 Cooper 4 out of 5 Power Circles for Overall Performance and Design. Need gas? I don't think so. At least not very much.
