2006 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT

The 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 adds the Mega Cab with seating for six adults and the largest cab offered in a pickup, including the first reclining rear seats. All the 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 versions receive redesigned headlights, grille, front fascia, fenders and a rear spoiler positioned on rear liftgate for enhanced aerodynamics. New frame, suspension and body mounts are designed to improve ride, handling and quietness. The interior is updated with a redesigned instrument panel, a new seat design. The 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine features a cylinder deactivation system for improved fuel economy.
