Up for sale, a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor P71 K9 Unit that is great, sound and solid, and ready to be put back into service TODAY! V8, 4.6L Gas. Clean, FULLY loaded! Black and White, paint is in great shape, no rust anywhere to be found. This car is coming out of service as an investigators k9 unit (was not a normal patrol unit), used to transport one German Shepherd to and from investigations by one officer. This P71 was purchased two years ago with 65,000 miles on it and now has just over 85,500, mostly highway miles!!! VERY LOW mileage for a Used Police Car! This car has a lot of life left in it! The prior owner of this incredible cared for car was Iowa State, assigned to a campus PD as a K9 unit. It has great service records, oil changed every 3,000 miles by the PD., This clean 06 Crown Victoria has been serviced better than any I have seen. As current department regulations state, the car was serviced every 3,000 miles for an oil change, fluid check, and a multi-point inspection. The vehicle had an alternator replaced 2 years ago, transmission flushed a year ago, 2 new Goodyear Eagle performance tires, and 2 new Goodyear Eagle all-weather tires in the rear (over $800.00!!!), A/C condenser replaced, differential cover, new battery, air filters, new police heavy-duty brake pads and rotors all as a part of regular maintenance, preformed by a Ford Certified Mechanic.
