The '07 Grand Prix GXP could be called arguably the most entertaining sedan Pontiac has ever offered. It is by far the premier version of this mid-size sedan, both in terms of performance and luxury. The goods are under the hood in this one, with a 5.3-liter V8 engine. The four-speed automatic is sport-calibrated and allows aggressive manual gear changes via Formula-One racing style TAPShift controls. This one really stands out from the rest...the racier-looking GXP has a different front fascia with chrome-ringed grille inserts and lower air inlets. The distinctive rear fascia gives the car a more tightly wrapped look and it has large exhaust outlets in the best American muscle car tradition.
