Available as only front-wheel drive, the base-model Journey SE comes equipped with a 2.4L four-cylinder engine rated for 173 hp and 166 lb-ft of torque coupled to a four-speed automatic transmission. With a choice of front- or all-wheel drive, the SXT and R/T trim levels are powered by a 3.5L V6 engine that generates 235 hp and 232 lb-ft of torque mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with manual shift control.
