This 2010 Terrain is a mid-sized SUV made on a unibody platform. Elsewhere that's cause for crossover as if there is some embarrassment in the words truck or SUV. GM unabashedly calls the Terrain an SUV, and even lists ground clearance and towing capacity in the specifications. Wallflower-meek styling has never been in the GMC character, so this Terrain's in-your-face bold and boxy styling should come as no surprise. It definitely says truck, not crossover
