Studebaker Corporation - carmaker from South Bend, Indiana, USA. Originally the company was founded in 1852 and united in 1868 under the name «Studebaker Brothers Manufacturing Company», has been supplying cars for the mining industry. In 1902, Studebaker built the first 20 crews with electric, in 1904 introduced its first car model with a 2-cylinder internal combustion engine, which in 1905 was replaced by a 4-cylinder. In 1910, the company's EFM (Everitt-Metzger-Flanders) and Studebaker created a joint venture of Studebaker Corporation to produce cars.
